Calling Cisco Unity Connection (Voicemail)
You can call Cisco Unity Connection (Voicemail) from your desk phone, from another phone within your organization,
or from outside your organization.
On-campus Procedure
Step 1 Press the message button 
or dial your extension to call Connection.
Step 2 If you are calling from another phone within your organization or from outside your organization, press * (star key) when Connection answers.
Step 3 when prompted, enter your ID (Extension) and press # (pound key).
Step 4 Enter your PIN and press #.
Off-Campus Procedure
Step 1 Dial 518-255-5060 to call Cisco Unity Connection (Voicemail) from off campus.
Step 2 Press *(star key) when Connection answers.
Step 3 when prompted, enter your ID (Extension) and press # (pound key).
Step 4 Enter your Connection PIN and press #. Your Initial PIN is 444-4444.
Step 5 Respond as prompted. You do not need to refer to any Connection documentation during enrollment. The system will tell you when the enrollment process is complete.
