For first time users this will start the “Enrollment Process”. The enrollment conversation is a set of pre-recorded prompts that guide you as you do the following tasks:
- Record your name
- Record a greeting that outside callers hear when you do not answer your phone
- Change your PIN NEW PIN: ______________
- Press the message button
- Enter the generic PIN by pressing the four (4) key seven (7) times
Once the enrollment process is complete you can get your messages by using step 1 and putting in your new PIN for step 2. You may also receive your voice messages via an email attachment, upon request.
