If you need to transfer a person to another person's voicemail box: 1. Hit the transfer button while the person is still on the line. 2. Dial * and the extension and you will hear their voicemail greeting. 3. Hit transfer again to join the two calls and hang up. (Tip: do this quickly so the caller can hear the Voicemail Greeting.)
