To solve the issue with running the report the following steps were applied as directed by FuelMaster support. FMDownload service ONLY runs on the workstation responsible for processing reports and updates.
- Connected via remote assistance to workstation, 30543D.
- Ran Services as administrator
- Located the FMDownload service
- Changed Recovery options for 1st and 2nd failure to Restart the Service
- START the FMDownload service
- Confirmed that user was able to successful run report
If the connection to the fuel tanks fail, try the following
- Ping fuelmaster, 137.36.66.46, to confirm connection
- Have Facilities restart the fuelmaster
- Connection should now be restored
To resolve the issue with new users and proxy cards not working, a patch, FM2K22Patcher_1.0.3.0, was applied to workstation 30543D to fix the user and vehicle uploads.
- Closed FuelMaster application
- STOP FMDownload service
- Ran patch
- RESTART FMDownload service
- A new user record was added with vehicle and report ran to confirm changes.
