To solve the issue with running the report the following steps were applied as directed by FuelMaster support. FMDownload service ONLY runs on the workstation responsible for processing reports and updates.

  1. Connected via remote assistance to workstation, 30543D.
  2. Ran Services as administrator
  3. Located the FMDownload service
  4. Changed Recovery options for 1st and 2nd failure to Restart the Service
  5. START the FMDownload service
  6. Confirmed that user was able to successful run report

If the connection to the fuel tanks fail, try the following

  1. Ping fuelmaster, 137.36.66.46, to confirm connection
  2. Have Facilities restart the fuelmaster
  3. Connection should now be restored

To resolve the issue with new users and proxy cards not working, a patch, FM2K22Patcher_1.0.3.0, was applied to workstation 30543D to fix the user and vehicle uploads.

  1. Closed FuelMaster application
  2. STOP FMDownload service
  3. Ran patch
  4. RESTART FMDownload service
  5. A new user record was added with vehicle and report ran to confirm changes.
