AccuFund Client Installation

Cobleskill Auxiliary Services (CAS) | Jennifer Wrigley

Note: Access to AccuFund is managed by CAS. Jennifer Wrigley manages account and access to AccuFund.

  • Run “AccuFund_6321_09.exe” or latest version from \\accufund\AccuFundInstall
  • Select “Client” for Setup Type option
  • Check the following options on the Custom Setup window
    •       Accufund Accounting Suite
          •  Accounting Suite (Accounting should only be installed if user has access)
         •  AccuFund Access
    •       Additional Features
         •  Documentation
         •  Sample Data
    •       Database Drivers
         •  Adaptive Server Anywhere 9.0…
  • Leave destination folder as is
  • Change License Folder to network share \\accufund\AccuFund\License
  • Change Network Update Location to network share \\accufund\AccuFund
  • Check the Install MICR and bar code fonts checkbox
  • Continue with default settings then restart system
  • Be sure to modify desktop shortcuts properties for both AccuFund Access and AccuFund Accounting to direct application shortcut to the network share for licensing and updates

•       AccuFund Accounting target path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuFund\Accounting\af.exe" "LicensePath=\\accufund\AccuFund\License" "ProgramPath=\\accufund\AccuFund\Accounting"

•       AccuFund Access target path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuFund\Access\afAccess.exe" "LicensePath=\\accufund\AccuFund\License" "ProgramPath=\\accufund\AccuFund\Access" 

INSTALL UNDER THE USERS PROFILE  

RUN AS ADMIN FOR THE FIRST TIME UNDER THE USERS PROFILE

RUN AGAIN NORMALLY
