Audio and Recording Device Configuration for IP Communicator

How to change the audio settings using the Cisco Softphone
-Plug-in headset
-Start Cisco Phone Application
-Click ‘Menu’ icon on the upper right corner of the phone
-Click ‘Audio Tuning Wizard
-Change Audio Devices to ‘Realtek Audio

  • Headset
  • Speakerphone
  • Handset
  • Ringer

-Click ‘Next
-Click ‘Play’ to test ‘Playback devices

  • Adjust the volume as needed using ‘Master Volume’ slider

-Click ‘Next
-Click ‘Test’ to test ‘Recording device
