Please note: There are two Wi-Fi networks you will have to connect to. The first Wi-Fi network is “GuestRegistration”, used to register and create your individual password. The second network is “OneCobyGuest” which is what you will connect to with your individual password.
To connect to "GuestRegistration":
- Go to your Wi-Fi Settings.
- Click on "GuestRegistration". This should automatically open a browser on your device.
- If on Windows 11, navigate to Wi-Fi Settings "GuestRegistration" select the option "Open browser and connect".
- Fill out the registration form and click Register to receive your "pre-shared/access key".
- You should receive a confirmation of successful registration as well as the "pre-shared/access key" over text and/or email. Depending on the method used, you may receive a message from the following below:
- Text: (201)-351-4511
- Email: "no-reply@extremecloudiq.com"
To connect to "OneCobyGuest":
- Once the “pre-shared/access key” is received, disconnect from "GuestRegistration" and in Wi-Fi Settings, connect to"OneCobyGuest" using your "pre-shared/access key".
- A browser should automatically open on your device.
- If you choose to accept the Secure Internet Portal terms, you will be connected to the guest Wi-Fi. If you choose not to accept the terms, you will not be granted access to the Wi-Fi.
