LinkedIn Learning is an online educational site that provides access to more than 16,000 courses ranging across technology, business, and creative topics and that offer up-to-date expertise from subject matter experts in their respective fields.

The New York Public Library (NYPL) & LinkedIn are currently partnered on an initiative which allows all NYPL members to access these resources for free!
Here’s How:
All residents of the State of New York have the ability to sign up for a digital version of a NYC Public Library card. Here’s what to do:
- sign up for a New York City Public Library account, it's 100% free and easy to setup an account username & password: https://www.nypl.org/library-card
- scroll down the page to the section titled “Digital Library Card” and follow the instructions to fill out the online application.
- Within a few minutes, you will receive your digital NYPL card with your card number and password/PIN.
- Once you have your NYPL card information, then go to: LinkedIn Learning Access Portal
- When prompted enter your NYPL card number (located under the barcode) and your password
After filling out a short survey about your interests and role, you will see a dashboard similar to the one below, where you can begin accessing training series, practice coding, work toward certifications, etc.
