Turning Off AdBlocker
Users have been experiencing issues accessing websites with the AdBlocker installed. This article shows the user how to turn off and on the AdBlocker. The screen shot below shows the type of error messages users might receive.

Instructions (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
Go to the website where you want to disable the AdBlocker
The next steps would be the specific browser you would be using. Please follow the listed browser you are using.
Chrome
-
Go to the website for which you want to disable the ad blocker.
- Look for the gear icon in the top right of the tab
Click it
- Once you click it your extensions should appear
Then click on u/Block Origin Lite 
Then drag the blue square over to the left to turn off filtering
- This should disable the ad blocker
- To switch it back on, simply drag the filter back to filtering mode.
Edge
-
Go to the website for which you want to disable the ad blocker.
- Look for the gear icon in the top right of the tab
Click uBlock Origin
- Click the Blue Power Icon

- This should disable the ad blocker
- To switch it back on, simply press the power icon again
Firefox
-
Go to the website for which you want to disable the ad blocker.
- Look for the shield icon in the top right of the tab
Click it
- Click the Blue Power Icon

- This should disable the ad blocker
- To switch it back on, simply press the power icon again
Troubleshooting:
- Device Not Synced/Restarted
- Browser hasn't been refreshed
Solution:
1.Restart the Device
- At the bottom click the Windows Icon (near the search bar)
- Click the Power Icon
- Click Restart
2.When you are on the browser after turning off adblocker hit (CTRL + R) to refresh the page
