How to Block Downloads on OneDrive

How to prevent people from being able to download your shared documents on OneDrive.

1. Login to your webmail (http://webmail.cobleskill.edu/)

2. Click the app launcher in the upper left hand screen.

3. Click on the OneDrive App

4. Click the share button next to the file or folder.

5. Select the group “People in State University of New York".

5. Uncheck the “Allow Editing” box, and enable the “Block Download” Button.
