Please use the "PrinterService-Usherwood-DeviceList" Excel spreadsheet to identify the location of the printer for replacement toners, printer parts or services.
As supply orders arrive:
- ITS will label toner cartridge with Usherwood tag number and location of printer
- Mail room will then deliver items to the Mail Room of the building.
- ITS will E-mail the user that made the request of when items will be delivered
- replacement Toners/printer parts will be collected and installed by the User
- If assistance is needed for installation, please reach out to the Customer Experience Hub (CxHub) at Ext. 5800 to schedule a time for ITS Support.
