Overview

This article provides an overview of the EER (Educational Equipment Replacement) grant request review process through TDX. Reviewers on the Technology Committee will receive email notifications when a request needs their approval.

Instructions

Step 1 – Receive the Review Email

When the process reaches a step that needs your review, you will receive an email notification. The emails you receive for EER requests will say “EER Request - Technology Committee”.

Step 2 – Open the Request Link

When you open the email, it will give you some basic information on the request and a link to click to begin your review.

Step 3 – Review the Request Before Approving

The link will take you to a page where you can click Approve or Reject.

Important:

Before you make your choice, click on the name of the request (highlighted in the screenshot below). This will take you to a screen that shows the full EER form and answers from the individual.

Step 4 – View the Full Form

The screen below shows the complete EER form and all answers given by the individual. All information from the form is listed on this screen.
