Overview
TDX does not send attached files via email replies. To access a uploaded file, you must navigate to your ticket.
Instructions
- Navigate to: https://cobleskill.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/277/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/
- All of your tickets will be listed below the search field. Select the ticket where the file has been uploaded to.
- On the right side, you will see "Attachments".
- Click the file you wish to view and it will be downloaded to your computer.
