How to | Use ARGOS

The following article will outline how to access ARGOS and run reports you have access to.

Please be advised that your supervisor must authorize a request for you to access an existing report or to create a new report. You can submit your request at the following link:

1. Once permissions have been granted by ITS, you can proceed to the following website: https://argosprod.cobleskill.edu/
   1. ITS may provide a different link for testing new reports in a separate environment. Upon completion of testing, the report will be moved to the production environment.
2. Please log in using your Single-Sign on Credentials (username and password).
3. You will have the option to install the ARGOS client or use the web version. If you choose to have the client installed, please request assistance from ITS. At this time, you may proceed with the web viewer.​​​
4. An interactive tour is available but is not required.
5. Navigate to your report on the left side of the screen. 
6. Choose your report settings and filters before running the report. 
7. Once you set your filters, you can select the "run" button at the top of the screen. 
8. The report will be downloaded as an Excel document to a designated folder that you chose.
