Troubleshooting a common user issue on Banner 9

If you get a Service Invocation Failed Message while in banner more than likely you did not sign out out Banner using the sign out icon the last time you were in the system.

To fix this issue, please sign out of Application Navigator using the Sign Out link on the menu bar to the left of the page.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, close your browser, reopen your browser and access Banner 9 again.
