Grant Interest form

Overview:

This service is for faculty and staff who plan to apply for external grant funding and need campus approval before submission. The pre-approval process ensures that proposed projects align with institutional priorities, comply with sponsor and state regulations, and have the necessary administrative and financial support from the college.

Before any grant proposal is submitted to an external funding agency (foundation, state, federal), the college requires internal review and approval. This process verifies budget accuracy, identifies required matching funds, confirms use of college resources or facilities, and ensures that commitments are supported by appropriate leadership.

We will facilitate:

  • Departmental and Financial authorization
  • Collaborative or multi-institutional projects
  • Research or equipment proposals involving college resources
  • Requests involving cost-share, release time, or student support

Who Should Utilize this Service?
