Microsoft Office apps not allowing login due to another user already logged in.
1. Open up any office app (Word, Excel, etc.)
2. In the top left-hand corner click “File” as if you are going to save the document.
3. On the screen that shows up click “account” on the left hand pane.
4. Log out of any accounts that are signed in and restart the application.
5. Sign back in with your Cobleskill.edu address.
