TDX | How to access attachments

Overview

TDX does not send attached files via email replies. To access a uploaded file, you must navigate to your ticket.

Instructions
  1. Navigate to: https://cobleskill.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/277/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/
  2. All of your tickets will be listed below the search field. Select the ticket where the file has been uploaded to.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. On the right side, you will see "Attachments".Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Click the file you wish to view and it will be downloaded to your computer.
