Troubleshooting
A user wants to access a secondary mailbox from a web browser.
Additional Information
Using the browser of your choice (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc) go to webmail.cobleskill.edu and log-in to your Cobleskill.edu mailbox with your username and password.
Click on your account icon (upper right corner) and select 'Open another mailbox'
Enter the name of the mailbox you'd like to open. NOTE: You must have permissions to access the mailbox first!
The 'new' mailbox will open and may open a new browser tab. If you receive an error or have problems accessing the mailbox, contact the HelpDesk (x5800) for additional troubleshooting and assistance.
