Reactivate My Network Account

Use this service to request temporary reactivation of a SUNY Cobleskill network account after graduation. This service is for recent graduates whose accounts have been deactivated but may still be eligible for short-term access.

Use This Service For

  • Requesting temporary access to a deactivated SUNY Cobleskill network account
  • Recent graduates who are within 6 to 12 months after graduation
  • Accessing eligible account resources during the temporary reactivation period
  • Former students who need short-term access after their account was deactivated

Eligibility and Timeline

  • 0–6 months after graduation: Your account should still be active. If you cannot log in, check your account status and reset your password through MyLogon(opens in new tab).
  • 6–12 months after graduation: Your account may be deactivated. Use this service to request temporary reactivation.
  • More than 12 months after graduation: The account is permanently removed and cannot be restored.

Before You Submit

Please include your full name, Cobleskill username or email address, graduation date if known, and why you need temporary account access.

Do Not Use This Service For

  • Current student, faculty, or staff login issues
  • Password reset, locked account, or MFA issues for an active account
  • Requesting new access to systems, files, apps, or VPN
  • General email problems, phishing reports, or security incidents
  • Accounts that were removed more than 12 months after graduation
Important:

Account reactivation is temporary and depends on eligibility. Accounts more than 12 months past graduation cannot be restored.
