Before You Submit
Please include what you are trying to access, what message or error you see, and whether this is related to a password, locked account, or MFA issue. If available, include an alternate email address, best phone number, asset ID, screenshot, and location where the issue is happening.
Do Not Use This Service For
- Requesting new account access or permission changes
- Banner, Argos, DegreeWorks, Slate, or other campus system errors after login
- Wi-Fi or internet connection issues
- Computer, printer, classroom technology, or software problems
- Campus-wide system outages
