Request Access to Systems, Files, Apps, or VPN

Use this service to request, update, or remove access to campus systems, shared files, apps, security systems, third-party tools, or VPN. This includes access to shared OneDrive folders, SharePoint sites, shared mailboxes, network folders, security systems, Adobe Sign, Zoom, and VPN.

Use This Service For

  • Requesting new access or permissions for yourself or your staff
  • Removing access or permissions when someone changes roles or no longer needs access
  • Requesting access to shared OneDrive, SharePoint, shared mailboxes, network folders, or distribution lists
  • Requesting access to security systems such as Genetec or Verkada
  • Requesting Adobe Sign or Zoom access/license
  • Requesting VPN access

Before You Submit

Please include who needs access, whether access should be added or removed, the exact system/resource name, and the business reason for the request. If this is for another employee, include the employee’s name and supervisor information.

Do Not Use This Service For

  • Login, password, or MFA issues
  • Campus system errors after you already have access
  • Wi-Fi or internet connection issues
  • Computer, printer, phone, or software troubleshooting
  • New account creation for general onboarding, unless access permissions are also needed

Access and permission requests may require supervisor, data owner, system owner, or security approval before changes can be completed.
