Wi-Fi Help & Internet Access for Event

Use this service when you need help connecting to campus Wi-Fi or internet, or when you need internet access for a campus event. This includes help with OneCoby, CobyNet, OneCoby Guest, Ethernet/hardwired internet, personal devices, campus-owned devices, and event internet access.

Use This Service For

  • Trouble connecting to campus Wi-Fi or internet
  • Problems with OneCoby, CobyNet, OneCoby Guest, or Ethernet/hardwired internet
  • Internet access for a campus event
  • Personal or campus-owned devices that cannot connect to the internet
  • Game consoles, smart TVs, Firesticks, phones, laptops, desktops, or tablets that need internet access

Before You Submit

Please include what you are trying to connect to, the device type, where you are located, and what happens when you try to connect. If available, include the MAC address, asset tag, screenshot, error message, event date/time, and number of attendees.

Do Not Use This Service For

  • Campus-wide internet outages or major service disruptions
  • General computer, printer, phone, classroom technology, or software problems
  • Account, password, MFA, or permission requests
  • New technology purchases or equipment moves
Important:

If you are having issues with your Extreme passkey, cannot locate your passkey, or your passkey does not work, please use the Extreme passkey form instead.
