This includes issues with websites, online services, gaming consoles, smart TVs, streaming devices, and game servers that may be blocked or not working on the campus network.
Use This Service For
- Requesting a website to be blocked or unblocked
- Reporting that a website or online service is blocked when it should be accessible
- Reporting that a game server is not connecting on campus internet
- Issues connecting game consoles, smart TVs, Roku, Firestick, or similar devices to online services
- Requests involving OneCoby, CobyNet, OneCoby Guest, or Ethernet/hardwired internet access
Before You Submit
Please include what is blocked or not working, the full website address if applicable, the device type, the internet connection being used, and where you are trying to access it from. If this is for a game server, include the game name, device MAC address, and whether you are using Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
Do Not Use This Service For
- General Wi-Fi or internet connection problems not related to a blocked website or game server
- Login, password, MFA, or account access issues
- Computer, printer, phone, classroom technology, or software troubleshooting
- Reporting suspicious emails, phishing, or security incidents
- Requesting access to campus systems, files, apps, or VPN

Website block or unblock requests may require review before changes can be made. Some websites, services, or game servers may remain blocked due to security, policy, licensing, or network restrictions.
