Password Reset Assistance

What Is It?

This Microsoft service is for if you are locked out of your account, forgot your password, or your password has expired

Where Can I Get It?

You can access the password reset portal at https://aka.ms/sspr or by clicking to "forgot password" option underneath the section you would fill in your password while signing into outlook webmail. You will be prompted to reconfirm your email address and a robot question. then you will see two options. To reset your password, select "I Forgot my password". You should then be prompted to authenticate with the MFA methods set up for your account, and then should be able to reset your password. 

Account Lockouts

If you wish to unlock the account instead of selecting forgot my password select "I know my password, but still can't sign in". You should then be prompted to authenticate with the MFA methods set up for your account. On occasions you may experience your account is persistently getting locked out, even after resetting your password or unlocking your account.
