The SUNY Cobleskill campus currently has a contract with Usherwood to supply and service printers. ITS will assist with network related issues such as not able to map the printer/can not connect. Please note that if the printer has physical issues such streaking, or needing parts replaced, this would be a service request to Usherwood.
