The SUNY Cobleskill ITS team is happy to support events being held on campus by and/or for members of our community. Requests for event support should be submitted no less than 7 full working days prior to smaller events, and no less than 15 full working days prior to events with over planned 50 attendees, events with complex requirements, or events with VIP guests, otherwise adequate service may not be available.
Users requesting this service should remember to have the following information ready:
- the date(s), time(s), and precise location(s) of the event you are hosting
- the estimated number of people attending the event
- any equipment known to be needed (microphones, speakers, projectors, computers, etc.)
Once the service request is submitted, event organizers will be contacted by a member of the ITS team to confirm all details and begin arranging plans & resources for your event. If any requirements cannot be met, then ITS will work with event organizers on possible alternative plans.
Note that this form does not equal submitting an event request with Campus Events and Conferences. Please submit that form first and then submit this ITS Campus Event Support Request form.

If your event requires marketing materials or videography, please contact the Communications and Marketing offices using their Project Request Form.
If your event requires staging, seating, furniture, or other items, please contact Facilities by submitting a work order.
If you wish to have food at your event, please contact the CAS Catering Coordinator. Note that CAS has the right of first refusal for all hospitality, food, and catering functions on campus.
