What Is It?

Security Incident Reporting provides a centralized way for students, faculty, and staff to report any security concerns that may affect the institution’s information systems, data, or physical technology assets. These could include suspicious system activity, lost or stolen devices, unauthorized access, or other incidents that may threaten campus IT security.

What is this Service for?

This service is intended to ensure that all types of security incidents are promptly reported, assessed, and addressed by the Information Security Office (ISO). Timely reporting helps minimize risk, prevent data loss, and protect institutional resources.
