SUNY Cobleskill may occasionally outsource/contract with a third party to maintain, manage, perform specific job duties, etc., on resources residing at SUNY Cobleskill.
This service is specifically for a third-party vendor, entity, or company to gain remote access to a specific machine, in most cases this will be a server.
The SUNY Cobleskill employee who is seeking to have a third party perform services remotely in SUNY Cobleskill network will need to request this service.
The SUNY Cobleskill employee seeking the Third party services is the only one that can initiate this service, we will not honor the third party initiating this service.
Once the service is created Information Security will reach out to both parties to process the necessary paperwork. Attached to this service request will be two documents that the Third Party and the SUNY Cobleskill Liason will need to fill out.
