Emails that do not reach its destination are caused by a multitude of factors: incorrect email address, the size of the email, the sender’s email filters, the recipient’s email filters and much more.
Please check the following before requesting this service.
- The recipient should review their safe/blocked senders list to ensure that the sender is not in the recipient’s blocked list and is in the safe list. The same should be reviewed on the sender’s safe/block list.
- Ensure that the sender and recipient email addresses are correct.
- Attempt sending/receiving test emails from a Cobleskill email account vs an external email account, this will help determine if this is a block occurring on SUNY Cobleskill email filters.
