Before filing a request for office relocation, requesters must obtain approval from their supervisor. Once approved, the requester and/or their supervisor must inform Human Resources, Facilities, and also file a service request ticket with ITS (done here)

Employees:
- Approval from Supervisor
- File service request with ITS
- Pack personal and non-technical items.
- Label all items clearly with their name and new office location.

Department Heads:
- Approve/Deny office move requests.
- Ensure their department is prepared for the move.

ITS Department:
- Approve and schedule office moves.
- Coordinate the disconnection, transport, and reconnection of technology and equipment.
- Provide post-move support.

Facilities:
- Assist with the physical move and setup of office furniture and other non-technical equipment.

Human Resources:
- Ensure that the move complies with organizational policies and address any personnel-related concerns.
