State Devices: All state-issued devices on campus should automatically connect to the OneCoby network. If you find that your state device is not connecting to OneCoby, please click on the "Request Service" button at the top of this page and fill out the form so our team can assist you.

Personal Devices: If you wish to connect personal devices (such as a cellphone, personal laptop, gaming device, etc.) to the OneCoby network, you will need to request access. Please click on the "Request Service" button at the top of this page and fill out the form.
Access Codes for OneCoby:

Personal Devices: Use the access code provided specifically for your personal devices to connect them to the OneCoby network.

State Devices: Faculty and staff using state-issued devices that cannot connect to OneCoby should click on the "Request Service" button at the top of this page to get assistance.
Using the Correct Access Code:

Ensure that you use the correct access code for the device you are connecting. Personal and state devices have different access codes, and using the correct one is essential for successful connection.

Email Contents: The email will include instructions and an image similar to the one below, guiding you on how to connect. DO NOT DELETE THIS EMAIL.
Wired Connection via Ethernet
For devices requiring a wired connection, use the grey network jacks labeled Eth2 and Eth3.

Pre-register Your Device:
- Locate the MAC address of your device.
- Device Registration: Register Your Device Here
- Login: Use your SUNY Cobleskill network account username and password to access the registration page.

Device Settings:
- Ensure that "Random Hardware Addressing" or "Random MAC Addressing" is disabled on your device.
