Connecting to Campus Internet: Ethernet or WiFi via OneCoby

There are two primary ways to connect to the internet on campus:

  1. Ethernet/Hardwired Connection:

    • For a direct and stable connection, users can connect their devices via an Ethernet cable to the appropriate network jack.

  2. WiFi via OneCoby:

    • State Devices: All state-issued devices on campus should automatically connect to the OneCoby network. If you find that your state device is not connecting to OneCoby, please click on the "Request Service" button at the top of this page and fill out the form so our team can assist you.

    • Personal Devices: If you wish to connect personal devices (such as a cellphone, personal laptop, gaming device, etc.) to the OneCoby network, you will need to request access. Please click on the "Request Service" button at the top of this page and fill out the form.

Access Codes for OneCoby:

  • Personal Devices: Use the access code provided specifically for your personal devices to connect them to the OneCoby network.

  • State Devices: Faculty and staff using state-issued devices that cannot connect to OneCoby should click on the "Request Service" button at the top of this page to get assistance.

Using the Correct Access Code:

  • Ensure that you use the correct access code for the device you are connecting. Personal and state devices have different access codes, and using the correct one is essential for successful connection.
