Details for what it looks like and when: When your account is added you will receive an e-mail form the address “no-reply@extremecloudiq.com” . This message will arrive in your campus @cobleskill.edu inbox. DO NOT DELETE THIS MESSAGE. This message will contain your personal key to connect to the new wireless system. The message contents will look like the image below
Wired: If you are connecting a device via wired Ethernet connection , please use the grey network jacks labeled Eth2 and Eth3.
- pre-register your wired devices
- locate device MAC address to register device using our online registration process
Finding the MAC address of your device varies greatly by product so we suggest using a Internet search engine such as Google to learn how to find your device's MAC address.

- login to online registration with your SUNY Cobleskill network account user name and password
- If your device has the setting "Random Hardware Addressing" or "Random Mac Addressing" enabled, then you will need to disable this option.
